Community Pool Reopening

Dear Oceangate Homeowner / Resident,

I hope you and your families are well. The Board understands that everyone has been anxiously awaiting the reopening of the community pool.

The Association has received notification from the L.A. County Health Department that the community can reopen the pool area and attached are their provisions for doing so. In keeping with the County's requirements, the Association has adopted a mandatory protocol. 

Please know that the Board's top priority is for the safety and health of our community residents. As such, it is imperative that all residents adhere to the protocol for pool and jacuzzi use. 

Furthermore, in order to have your key fob access reinstated, the attached Hold Harmless Agreement containing the Association's protocol provisions must be signed and returned to my attention either in person or via email at stella@realtamgmt.com. Please review this document carefully to ensure compliance with the Association's protocol provisions, which are also posted at each of the pool gates. Also be advised that while the Association's protocol is based upon the provided LA County Health Department requirements, the CDC and the LA County Health Department may supersede any rule listed in the protocol at any time.

The Board would like to thank you for adhering to the protocol for the benefit and protection of all community residents. We are aware it has been a difficult time for all and appreciate your collective neighborly support and cooperation.
