Community Pool Closure

Los Angeles County has mandated the closure of all pool areas within homeowner associations due to COVID-19, effective immediately.

On Monday, May 18th, pool area key fobs will be disabled to prevent access. The duration of the pool closure is currently unknown but expected to extend into August. Updates will be sent out as information is received from the Los Angeles County Health Department.

Racquetball courts will continue to be available for use with proper social distancing practices. 

If you have tenant(s) residing in your unit, please pass along the important information regarding the community's immediate pool closure. The Board regrets having to close the Association pool area, but is committed to complying with all ordinances to protect resident safety. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
